人性化护理干预结合湿性愈合疗法在预防乳腺癌住院患者压疮中的应用价值

目的 探究人性化护理干预结合湿性愈合疗法在预防乳腺癌住院患者压疮中的临床效果。方法 选择2019年12月-2021年12月我院收治的70例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用人性化护理干预结合湿性愈合疗法，比较两组压疮发生情况及生活质量。结果 观察组压疮发生率为0，低于对照组的11.43%（P＜0.05）；两组护理后生活质量评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 人性化护理干预结合湿性愈合疗法在预防乳腺癌住院患者压疮中的应用价值确切，能有效降低压疮发生几率，提高患者的生活质量。

Application Value of Humanized Nursing Intervention Combined with Wet Healing Therapy in Preventing Pressure Sores in Hospitalized Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention combined with wet healing therapy in preventing pressure sores in hospitalized patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 70 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with humanized nursing intervention combined with wet healing therapy. The incidence of pressure ulcers and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 0, which was lower than 11.43% in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of humanized nursing intervention combined with wet healing therapy in preventing pressure sores in hospitalized patients with breast cancer is definite, which can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores and improve the quality of life of patients.
