多模态影像学评估颈动脉粥样硬化易损斑块药物治疗进展

颈动脉粥样硬化易损斑块是不良心脑血管事件发生、发展的重要病理基础。多模态影像学可识别和量化评估易损斑块，并能通过观察药物治疗后斑块变化情况评价疗效，实现个体化精准治疗易损斑块。本文就多模态影像学量化评估颈动脉易损斑块药物治疗效果的研究进展进行综述。

Progresses of multimodal imaging evaluation on effect of drugtherapy for carotid atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque

Carotid atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque is an important pathological basis for the occurrence and development of unconscious-cerebrovascular events. Multimodal imaging can identify and quantitatively evaluate vulnerable plaques. Through observing changes in plaques after drug treatment, drug efficacy can be evaluated and precise individualized vulnerable plaque treatment can be realized. The research progresses of multimodal imaging in quantitative evaluation on effect of drug therapy for carotid vulnerable plaque were reviewed in this paper.
