神经外科患者皮肤损伤原因及护理效果观察

目的 分析神经外科患者皮肤损伤原因，探究为其实施综合护理服务的临床效果。方法 选取 2020年10月-2022年6月广元市第一人民医院神经外科收治的70例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为 对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组采用常规护理服务，观察组在明确皮肤损伤发生原因后实施综合护理 服务，比较两组皮肤损伤发生情况、皮肤状态评分。结果 观察组皮肤损伤发生率为5.71%，低于对照组的 22.86%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组皮肤潮湿度、皮肤摩擦力、皮肤剪切力、营养摄取能力、 感知能力、活动能力评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 积极分析神经外科患者发 生皮肤损伤的原因，对其实施综合护理服务，可有效降低皮肤损伤发生风险，改善患者的皮肤状态，值得 临床应用。

Observation on Causes and Nursing Effects of Skin Injury in Neurosurgery Patients

Objective To analyze the causes of skin injury in neurosurgical patients and explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing services. Methods A total of 70 patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Guangyuan First People''s Hospital from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing service, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing service after clarifying the causes of skin injury. The occurrence of skin injury and skin state score were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of skin injury in the observation group was 5.71%, which was lower than 22.86% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of skin moisture, skin friction, skin shear force, nutritional intake ability, perception ability and activity ability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Actively analyzing the causes of skin injury in neurosurgical patients and implementing comprehensive nursing services can effectively reduce the risk of skin injury and improve the skin status of patients, which is worthy of clinical application
