皮肤精细化护理对改善血液透析钝针穿刺患者疼痛及配合度的影响

目的 分析皮肤精细化护理在血液透析钝针穿刺患者中在改善患者疼痛和配合度方面的实际作 用。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年1月于我院接受血液透析钝针穿刺的80例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数 字表法分成对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施皮肤精细化护理，比较两组疼痛 情况、穿刺配合度、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组VAS评分、并发症发生率低于对照组，穿刺 配合度评分、护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将皮肤精细化护理应用于 血液透析钝针穿刺患者中，能够获得较好的效果，可以缓解患者疼痛，提升患者配合度，且并发症少，患 者满意度高，值得应用。

Effect of Refined Skin Nursing on Improving Pain and Compliance of Hemodialysis Patients with Blunt Needle Puncture

Objective To analyze the practical effect of refined skin care in improving pain and coordination of hemodialysis patients with blunt needle puncture. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,80 patients who underwent blunt needle puncture of hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received fine skin care. The pain, puncture coordination, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the puncture coordination score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of skin refined nursing in hemodialysis patients with blunt needle puncture is better, which can relieve the pain of patients, improve the cooperation degree of patients, and has fewer complications and high patient satisfaction. It is worthy of application.
