精细化护理在果酸换肤术治疗痤疮患者中的应用效果

目的 探究精细化护理在果酸换肤术治疗痤疮患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年5月我院收治的200例果酸换肤术治疗痤疮患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以精细化护理,比较两组心理状况、依从性、生活质量及满意度。结果 观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组总依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康、生命活力以及心理健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对果酸换肤术治疗痤疮患者实施精细化护理可提高其依从性,减轻负性情绪,提升生活质量,且患者满意较高,值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Refined Nursing in Acne Patients Treated with Glycolic Acid Peels

Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in the treatment of acne patients with glycolic acid peels. Methods From May 2021 to May 2022, 200 patients with acne treated by glycolic acid peels in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given refined nursing. The psychological status, compliance, quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total compliance rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 82.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physical pain, social function, emotional function, mental health, general health, vitality and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 76.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Refined nursing for patients with acne treated by glycolic acid peels can improve their compliance, reduce negative emotions, improve quality of life, and have high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application..
