锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果

目的 探究对肱骨近端骨折（PHF）患者实施锁定钢板治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2019年 5月-2022年3月我院收治的60例PHF患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和应用组，各30例。 对照组实施常规手术治疗，应用组实施锁定钢板治疗，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、临 床疗效、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果 应用组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均优于对照组，差 异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；应用组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）；应用组术后1、3、6个月的VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；应用组 并发症发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的20.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 锁定钢板疗法在PHF 患者中的应用效果确切，可有效缩短手术时间及住院时间，减少术中出血量，同时可有效改善患者的疼痛 状况，且并发症发生风险较小，安全性较高。

Clinical Effect of Locking Plate in the Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fractures

Objective To explore the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures (PHF). Methods Sixty patients with PHF admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and application group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine surgery, and the application group was treated with locking plate. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, clinical efficacy, pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the application group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the application group was 93.33%, which was higher than 76.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the application group at 1, 3 and 6 months after operation were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the application group was 6.67%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Locking plate therapy is effective in patients with PHF, which can effectively shorten the duration of operation and hospital stay, reduce intraoperative blood loss, and effectively improve the pain status of patients, with low risk of complications and high safety
