金钗石斛对老龄小鼠抗氧化作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的了解金钗石斛对老龄小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法将40只雄性老龄小鼠随机分为4组:即空白对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。低、中、高剂量组分别经口灌胃给予0.06、0.12和0.36g/kg.bw金钗石斛溶液,空白对照组给予同体积的蒸馏水。持续给药30d后,测定各组小鼠血中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果高剂量组小鼠血中MDA水平下降,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),SOD活力和GSH-Px活力水平升高,且与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论金钗石斛对老龄小鼠具有抗氧化作用。

Experimental Study on Antioxidant Function of Dendrobium Nobile Lindl in Aged Mice

Abstract:Objective To study the antioxidant effect of dendrobium nobile lindl in aged mice.Methods Forty aged male mice were randomly divided into four groups (each n=10).The animals in control group were orally administered with distilled water,and the animals in three treatment groups were orally administered with dendrobium nobile lindl at the dosages of 0.06 g/kg·bw,0.12 g/kg·bw and 0.36 g/kg·bw respectively once daily for 30 days.The serum concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidese (GSH-Px) were detected by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.Results The serum concentration of MDA in the mice treated with 0.36 g/kg·bw dendrobium nobile lindl were significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the mice treated with 0.36 g/kg·bw dendrobium nobile lindl were significantly higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions Dendrobium nobile lindl has antioxidant effects in aged mice.
