鼻窦粘液囊肿袋状化手术的疗效观察

目的：应用鼻内窥镜对蝶、额、筛窦粘液囊肿的病人施行袋状化手术，分别随访３～５ 年，观察治疗结果。方法：对１５ 例病人，男９ 例，女６ 例，年龄２８～７２ 岁，平均４４．７３ 岁，其中蝶窦囊肿５例（并筛窦囊肿１ 例，并上颌窦囊肿１ 例，蝶额筛窦囊肿１ 例），筛窦囊肿１１ 例（并上颌窦囊肿３例），额筛窦囊肿３ 例，应用鼻内窥镜施行袋状化手术治疗，术后分别随访３～５ 年。结果：凸眼、鼻塞、头痛等症状消失，囊肿无复发。结论：应用鼻内窥镜施行鼻窦囊肿袋状化手术，简捷、经济、手术确实、副损伤小、面部无瘢痕，并可保留鼻窦粘膜的功能，是处理鼻窦粘液囊肿的首选方法

Long-term follow-up results of sinus mucoceles marsupialization

Objective:We observed 3~5 years follow uip results of the patients with mucoceles of sphenoid frontal and ethmoid sinuses on the marsupialization using nasal endoscope.Methods:In 15 patients (man 9,woman 6),ageing 28~72 years old (average 44.7 years old), among whom 5 sphenoid sinus mucoceles (1 ethmoid sinus mucoceles,1 maxillary sinus mucoceles,1 sphenoid frontal and ethmoid mucoceles),11 ethmoid sinus mucoceles (3 maxillary sinus mucoceles),and 3 frontal and ethmoid sinus mucoceles,marsupialization was carried using nasal endoscope;3~5 years follow up was finished.Results:Exophthalmos,stuffed up nose,headache and so on disappered and no evidence of recurrent mucoceles was seen in any patients.Conclusion:We carried marsupialization on the patients with sinus mucoceles using nasal endoscope;the operation is simple and cheap:with little injury and no scar on the face and it keeps sinus mucosus function.So marsupialization is of choice method for sinus mucoceles.
