| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不良孕产史与染色体异常的关系。方法对359例不良孕产史夫妇常规染色体G显带分析。结果359例中染色体异常35例(9.7%),其中习惯性流产夫妇染色体异常发生率为5.3%,生育异常夫妇染色体异常发生率为2.2%,原发性不孕夫妇染色体异常发生率为2.2%。结论染色体结构异常为不良孕产史的重要原因,性染色体异常是导致原发性不孕的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between abnormal pregnancy and chromosomal abnormality.Methods Among three hundreds fifty-nine cases,thirty-five cases(9.7%) were chromosomal abnormality,including 5.3 % with habitual abortion,2.2% with abnormal pregnancy and 2.2% with primary infertility.Results Conclusion Chromosome structural abnormality is the important reason of pregnancy and labour,and sex chromosomal abnormality is the important factor resulting in unexplained infertility. |
