| 摘 要： | 目的：观察疏血通注射液对急性脑梗死患者疗效。方法：共收住院病例138例，随机分为治疗组78例，对照组60例，分别给予疏血通注射液6ml，对照组给予丹参注射液30ml，每日静滴一次，共治疗三周。结果：两组均能改善微循环，与对照组比较，差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：疏血通注射液能明显改善急性脑梗死患者血液微循环，使用安全，疗效确切。
