输卵管结扎术后盆腔静脉瘀血综合征病理形态观察

本院1986年6月至1990年8月临床疑为输卵管结扎后盆腔静脉瘀血综合征的50例患者,经腹腔镜检查后,行子宫及部分附件切除并做病理检查,其中30例最后诊断为本综合征。病理检查可见病变最严重的部位是输卵管。输卵管的主要病变是瘀血、水肿、渗出性出血、肌层平滑肌退变、输卵管积水、炎细胞反应。但是,所见病理改变与主诉(疼痛)之间并不完全相关。因此,尚需深入研究其感觉神经末梢的反应性。

Pathomorphologic Observations of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome After Tubal Sterilization

Fifty patients,suspected clinically of pelvic congestion syndrome after ligation of oviducts fromJune,1986 to August,1990 in our hospital,were inspected by laparoscopy and received anoperation of hystrectomy accompanied with pathological examination.Thirty cases of them werefinally confirmed the diagnosis of the syndrome.The most serious pathological evidents were infallopian tubes.The main changes of the oviducts manifested congestion,edema,exudetivehemorrhages,degeneration of the muscular layer,tubal dilatation with hydrosalpinx and inflammatoryreaction.However,the pathological changes,the degree of a series of changes,e.g.,congestionetc.,had no definite relevant relations with pain.Therefore,it requires a deep study on thereactivity of the sensory nerve endings.
