动脉粥样硬化的机制及不同运动强度对其影响的研究

摘    要:本文对形成动脉粥样硬化的机制进行了研究。实验证明,随着年龄的增长,机体自由基增加,而清除自由基的能力下降,造成血管内皮组织损伤及病变,通透性增高,钙离子沉积,可能是动脉粥样硬化的重要机制。坚持中老年人最高心率60%强度的运动,可以降低血管内皮组织自由基水平,提高清除自由基的能力,能有效地防治冠心病。

Abstract:This study was designed to investigate the mechanism for arteriosclerosis.It was evident that, with the age inereasing, the enhancement of free radical and the weakened ability for scavenging free radical resulted in the injury and pathological changes to epithelium tissues of blood vessels. increase of petmeability of epithelium and sediment of calcium ions, which may be the major cause of arteriosclerosis. Exercise intensity of 60% of the individual's maximam heart rate for the old and middle-aged is the desired training intensity which can decrease the free radical level in the epitheliurn tissues of blood vess- els and can effectively prevent coronary disease artery from happening.
