宜春市高危人群HIV感染调查

目的：了解全市高危人群艾滋病病毒感染状况，为采取干预措施，控制艾滋病流行提供依据。方法：2001年～2003年对全市4种高危人群1565例进行了血清HIV—Ab检测和调查。结果：共检出HIV感染者6例，均为HIV—Ⅰ型，HIV感染率为0．38％。感染者为血源传播4人，其中静脉吸毒人员3人；普通人群(输白蛋白)1人；性传播2人。感染者5例为本市人，1例来自外市(吸毒者)。结论：我市HIV感染已由高危人群向普通人群转移，要控制艾滋病在我市蔓延，向全民进行HIV／AIDS宣传教育，控制传染源，切断HIV经血源和性接触传播显得尤为重要。

HIV INFECTION SURVEY AMONG THE HIGH KISK GROUPS IN YICHUN CITY

Objective:Through understanding the situation of HIV infection in the whole city's high risk groups,to provide scientific basis for taking prevention measures to control the spread of AIDS infectionMethods:From 2001 to 2003,The HIV-Ab of 1565 people from 4 types of high risk groups were tested and surveyedResults:The testing result was that 6 people were infected with the same type of HIV virus-HIV IThe rate of HIV infection was 038%Among the 6 infectors,4 people were transmitted with HIV through blood among which 3 people were drug addicts by intravenous injection and the other one was infected by albumin infusionThe other 2 people were infected beacuse of sexual behaviourIn the 6 infectors,5 were localsConclusion:The phenomenon of HIV infection has transfered from the high risk groups to common groupsIn order to control the spread of AIDS in our city,We should carry out some propaganda and education about HIV/AIDS to the whole citizens;Meanwhile,we should control the source of infection;And the most crucial thing we should do is to cut off the spread of HIV by blood and sex
