朝鲜族与汉族住院精神分裂症患者心理社会因素对比

目的 对照研究心理社会因素对朝鲜族、汉族精神分裂症患者的各种关系。方法 在1999我院住院患者中选取朝鲜族、汉族各79例进行对比研究。结果 有心理社会因素的朝鲜族患者48例(60.8％)、汉族患者36例(45.6％),有心理社会因素的朝鲜族汉族两组中偏执型者各为20例(41.7％)、10例(27.8％)。疗效分析上朝、汉族两组有心理因素组比无心理社会因素组疗效好。结论 心理社会因素对精神分裂症治疗确有重要影响。

Contradistinguish Research of Psychological and Social Factors Between Korean and Chinese In-Patients With Schizophrenia

Objective To cintradistinguishing research the effect of psychological and social factors to the Korean and Chinese patients with schizophrenia. Method Comparing and researching 158inpatienla (Korean 79, Chinese 79) they were in my hospital in 1999. Result 48 Korean patients (60. 8%) and 36 Chinese patients (45. 6% ) were with psychological and social factors. 20 Korean patients (41.7% ) and 10 Chinese patients with psychological and social factors were paranoid schizophrenia. The curative effect of the patients with psychological and social factors were paranoid schizophrenia. The curative effect ol the patients with psychological and social factors was better than the patients without the factors, regardless of Korean and Chinese. Conclusion The psychological and social factors in pathogenesis of schizophrenia could work on thee curative effect.
