芦荟对小鼠不同组织抗运动性氧化效果的比较研究

摘    要:目的 比较芦荟对运动训练小鼠不同组织抗氧化效果的差别,为芦荟作为抗疲劳功能食品的开发利用提供实验依据。方法 建立小鼠游泳训练疲劳模型,测试小鼠不同组织在不同状态的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 与对照组比较,芦荟组小鼠心肌、肝脏、肾脏、骨骼肌和脑组织中T-AOC在安静状态、力竭游泳后即刻及恢复24h后均不同程度增加,而MDA均不同程度下降。结论 芦荟可不同程度提高运动小鼠各组织抗自由基氧化的功能,使小鼠运动能力明显提高。

Abstract:By building the Irained mice model, testing the aclivilie.s of SOD, GSH - Px and serum ALT , content of MDA, total antioxidation capacity (TAC) and liver index (LW/BW), and viewing the ultraslructure of mire' s liver, the effects of Aloe on metabolism of free radical and ultrastructure of liver were studied in Irained mice. The results indicate the activities of SOD and GSH - Px, LW/BW and TAG in most of Aloe groups are higher and the content ol MDA and ALT activities are lower in rest, immediately and 24-hour recovery after exhaustive exercise groups , comparing with relevant control groups. In rest slate. LW/BW and TAG of Aloe group obviously increase comparing with of control group(P <0. 05). All of targets are significant different between two groups in immediately after exhaustive exercise. After 24 - hour recovery, the SOD activities, LW/BW, TAC are obvious higher and content of MDA and activities of ALT are distinct lower in Aloe group than in control group. The changes of ultra-structure in liver also prove the effects of Aloe on protecting live from sports damage. Conclusion: Aloe could promote the mice capacity of anlioxidalion , reduce damage of ultrastructure of liver caused by exercise and increase exercise performance significantly in trained mice.
