| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨凝血功能变化对贲门癌患者的临床意义。方法 观察了120例贲门癌患者手术前后[凝血]因子Ⅷ相关抗原(ⅧR:Ag)、因子Ⅷ凝血活性(Ⅷ:C)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ抗原(AT-Ⅲ:Ag)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性(AT-Ⅲ:A)及纤维蛋白原含量(Fbg)变化。结果 贲门癌患者术前血浆ⅧR:Ag、Ⅷ:C及Fbg含量均明显增高(P<0.01),AT-Ⅲ:Ag和AT-Ⅲ:A明显降低(P<0.01),术后各项指标均明显恢复(P<0.05)。随着病期的发展,贲门癌患者血浆ⅧR:Ag、Ⅷ:C及Fbg含量逐渐增高,AT-Ⅲ:Ag和AT-Ⅲ:A逐渐降低。结论 卉门癌患者凝血活性增加,而抗凝血功能降低,测定贲门癌患者凝血功能判断病期、有无淋巴结转移及预后等有重要意义。
