| 摘 要： | 目的:建立大川芎注射液中阿魏酸(ferulic acid)的含量测定方法.方法:采用OSS柱,流动相分别为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(30:68:1),检测波长322rim.结果:阿魏酸在0.0316～0.505μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.43%.RSD为1.52%.结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制.
