广西地区宫颈炎患者病原体感染状况及其与年龄关系的分析

摘    要:目的:了解广西地区女性宫颈炎病原体感染情况及其与年龄的关系。方法:对16800例门诊就诊者进行淋球菌(NG)、衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)、滴虫(TV)、白色念珠菌等病原体检测.并分析各年龄组各病原体感染情况。结果:病原体阳性6445例.其中UU3841例(59.6%).MH1052例(16.3%).CT756例(11.7%).白色念珠菌1177例(18.3%),TV358例(5.6%),NG177例(2.7%);单一病原体感染占3910例(60.7%);混合感染2535(39.3%);3种以上混合感染451例(7.0%);单一感染及混合感染的好发年龄在30~50岁之间(占94.2%)。结论:广西地区女性宫颈炎病原体感染以UU为最高.以单一感染为主.混合感染以两种病原体感染为常见.感染好发年龄为30~50岁。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the pathogens causing cervicitis and its relationship with age in Guangxi region.Methods:Gonococcus(NG), chlamydial trachomatis(CT), ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),mycoplasma hominis(MH), trichomonad(TV), and candida albicans were tested for 16 800 cervicitis out-patients and incidences of different pathogens were analysed in different age groups.Result:6 445 cases were pathogen-positive, in which incidence rate of UU,MH,CT,CA,TV, and NG is 59.6%,16.3%,11.7%,18.3%,5.6% and 2.7% ,respectively. Single pathogen infection accounted for 60.7% of the positive cases,as compared to double pathogen infection(39.3%) and more than two pathogen mixed infection(7.0%).The most common age for single and mixed infection is 30-50 years(94.2%).Conclusion:The most common pathogen in patients with cervicitis in Guangxi area is UU.Single pathogen infection accounts for the majority of the infected patients.2-pathogen is the most common pattern in mixed infection. 30-50 years old is the more easily infected by these pathogens, regardless of single or mixed infection.
