影响儿童开放性眼外伤预后的相关因素分析

目的探讨影响儿童开放性眼外伤预后的相关因素.方法回顾性分析近期救治的开放性眼外伤患儿34例,比较受伤年龄、就诊时间、是否合并眼内炎等对预后的影响.结果①受伤年龄越小预后越差;②就诊时间越晚预后越差;③眼内炎严重影响儿童眼外伤的预后。结论对于儿童眼外伤重在预防,早期发现、早期正确治疗能改善开放性眼外伤患儿的预后.

The Related Factor Analysis of Affecting Children Ocular Trauma's Prognosis

Objective To discuss the related factors of children ocular trauma's prognosis.Methods To the 34 cases recent treatment children with open ocular trauma,using Retrospective analysis and comparing wounded age,treatment time and the affection of the prognosis caused by whether merging endo-ophthalmitis or not.Results①the younger the children injured,the worse the prognosis would be,②the later the visiting time was,the worse the prognosis would be,③endo-ophthalmitis affects the prognosis of the children ocular trauma badly.Conclusion To the children ocular trauma,preservation is more important.Discovering early and treating correctly can improving the prognosis of the children with open ocular trauma.
