化疗患者使用浅静脉留置针的血管选择

目的探讨化疗患者使用浅静脉留置针时置管反应的发生与血管管径的相关性.方法将套管针留置在头静脉、贵要静脉、正中静脉、大隐静脉设者为A组,置管于手背静脉网及四肢其他分支静脉者为B组,观察2组患者置管反应的发生率.结果 A组置管反应发生率为25.0%,B组置管反应发生率为70.4%,2组比较,P＜0.01,差异有显著意义.结论化疗患者使用浅静脉留置针时,其置管反应的发生与血管管径大小有关.为血液病患者留置套管针时,应尽可能选择直径较大的血管.

Selection of shallow venous indwelling needle in the patients with chemotherapy

Objective To study whether the phlebitis is related to the size of shallow veins inserted with intravenous catheter system in the patients with chemotherapy.Methods we divided the patients into two groups(group A,group B).The shallow venous indwelling needles were placed in cephalic vein,basilic vein,vena mediana,saphenous vein in group A.but in group B,needles is in the branch vein such as opisthenar and limbs vein.The incidences of phlebitis were compared between tow groups.(Results The) incidences of phlebitis were 25.0% in group A and 70.4% in group B respectively,with the difference being significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The incidence of phlebitis is related to the size of the vein inserted with intravenous catheter in the patients with chemotherapy.It may be helpful to choose the more larger diameter shallow vein when we use intravenous catheter system for the patients with chemotherapy.
