| 摘 要： | 目的：分析准分子激光原住角膜镶术（LASIK）治疗近视并发症，探讨其发生原因及预防措施。方法：1105例（2030只眼）近视患者行LASIK后随访12个月，观察及分析并发症。结果：LASIK术中主要并发症表现为与角膜瓣有关，小瓣、瓣中央小孔、游离瓣、瓣形成不全及角膜血管翳出血。术后并发症为感染、继发性圆锥角膜、干眼症、眩光、屈光回退、黄斑出血及激素性高眼压。结论：LASIK治疗近视安全、有效，但必须重视术中术后并发症，随手术技巧的提高和手术设计的完善，可减少并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the complications of Laser in situ keratomilersis for myopia,and evaluate the causes and pre- vention of these complications.Methods:2030 eyes in 1 105patients with myopia were treated with LASIK.All of them were fol- lowed up for 12 months.Results:The main complications during the LASIK included small flap,flap center defect,free flap,in- conplete flap and corneal pannus hemorrhage,infection,corneal ectasia,dry eyes,night glare,refraction regression,macular hem- orrhage and corticosteroid hypertension were most cominon complication.Conclusion:LASIK is a safe and effective method for correcting operation.With the improvement in operative techique and better designed procedure,these complicatious can be de- creased. |
