摘    要:目的 探讨高渗醋酸钠/右旋糖酐(HAD)对创伤失血性休克兔肝脏血液灌注及氧供、氧耗和氧摄取率的影响。方法 对家兔剖腹加放血制作创伤失血性休克模型,随机分为生理盐水(NS)对照组和HAD复苏组,每组6只,测定肝动脉、门静脉血流量及肝组织的氧供、氧耗和氧摄取率。结果 在复苏后30、60和120min,HAD组的肝动脉、门静脉血流量及肝氧供、氧耗均明显高于NS组。结论 HAD用于复苏创伤失血性休克动物,

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of hypertonic sodium acetate/dextran (HAD) on hepatic arterial bood flow(HAF), portal venous blood flow(PVF), oxygen delivery, oxygen comsumption and oxygen extraction ratio of the liver after traumatic-hemorrhagic shock in rabbits. Methods Traumatic-hemorrhagic shock models were established througth bleeding after laparotomy in 12 rabbits. The animals were randomly and equally devided into normal saline (NS) resuscitation group and HAD resuscitation group. HAF, PVF, oxygen delivery, oxygen consumption and oxygen extraction ratio in liver were measured. Results The amounts of HAF, PVF, oyxgen delivery and oxygen consumption in liver in HAD group were significantly increased compared with those in NS group 30,60,120 min after resuscitation. Oxygen extraction ratio in liver was also significantly higher in HAD group than in NS group 2 hours after resuscitation. Conclusion HAD can intensify blood perfusion and oxygen metabolism in liver after traumatic-hemorrhagic shock.
