宫腔镜电切术治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床研究

目的探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗重度宫颈糜烂的疗效和临床应用价值。方法对临床症状明显经临床检查初步诊断为重度宫颈糜烂的患者，用宫腔镜行宫颈锥形切除治疗。术后标本送病理学检查，并随访观察疗效。结果行宫腔镜电切术治疗重度宫颈糜烂的治愈率为99．23％，手术时间为15～30min，出血量5-20mL。无继发性出血、感染及宫颈管狭窄的发生。结论宫腔镜电切术是治疗重度宫颈糜烂的最佳方法，它具有创伤小，痛苦轻，恢复快，治愈率高，术后并发症少等优点，且不住院、费用低、兼有整形作用，患者易接受，近期疗效肯定，具有临床应用价值，值得广泛推广。

Clinical Study of Electrocision in the Treatment of Severe Cervical Erosion

Objective To study the efficacy and clinical application of hysteroscope electrocision in the treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods The patients initially diagnosed as severe cervical erosion by clinical examination were treated with conization. Results The successful cure rate of hysteroscopy electrocision was 99.23%,operation timen of 15-30min,the bleeding amount of 5-20 ml,without secondary hemorrhage,infection and the incidence of cervical stenosis. Conclusion Hysteroscope electrocision for the of is the best way to cure severe cervical erosion,for it has such advantages as being small traumatic,light pain,high and quick recovery, few postoperative complications, and as being cheap with the function of plastic and easily accepted by patients for its positive effect of the recent affirmation. So with such a clinical value,it should be widely promoted.
