玉容祛斑茶治疗女性黄褐斑166例临床总结

目的：通过门诊治疗对照观察，总结玉容祛斑茶治疗黄褐斑的疗效及不良反应。方法：设治疗组166例，每天饮用玉容祛斑茶，对照组83例，每天口服八珍益母胶囊，疗程均为两个月，对治疗前后的疗效及4项性激素指标进行对比统计。结果：综合疗效治疗组为91．6％，对照组为74．7％，经统计学处理P〈0．01，差异有非常显著性意义；两组治疗前后血清雌二醇（E2）水平均有明显下降，组间对比，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：玉容祛斑茶治疗黄褐斑疗效确切，未见不良反应。

The Clinical Conclusion on the Efficacy of the'Dispelling Chloasma Tea' to Female Chloasma from 166 Clinical Cases

Objective： To summarize the efficacy and its untoward reaction according to clinical trials. Methods： of the dispelling chloasma tea for female chloasma Treatment group which includes 126 cases that take ＇ dispelling chloasma tea＇ every day, and control group which include 83 cases that take ＇ eight ingredients with motherwort capsule＇ every day, the periods of treatment of both groups are two months, the efficacy before and after treatment and the levels of four sex hormones were observed and the results of two groups were analyzed and compared each other using statistical methods. Result： the effective rate of treatment group was 91.6%, the control group was 74. 7% （P 〈0. 01 ）, the discrepancy was very obvious; the levels of serum estradiol of both groups decreased obviously before and after treatment, and the treatment group did it better （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： ＇ dispelling chloasma tea＇ has the determined curative effect to female chloasma, and it has no untoward reaction.
