脑脊液腺苷脱氨酶测定在结核性脑膜炎患者诊断中的价值

目的 探讨脑脊液腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）含量在结核性脑膜炎患者中的诊断价值。方法 选取结核性脑膜炎患者，无菌性脑膜炎患者及对照组96例，应用连续监测法，采用日立7170型全自动生化分析仪，对脑脊液中的ADA含量进行测定。结果 结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中ADA含量明显高于无菌性脑膜炎组及对照组（P〈0.01），无菌性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中的ABA含量与对照组比较没有显著性变化（P〉0．05）。结论 脑脊液ADA含量测定有助于结核性脑膜炎的诊断。

The Diagnosis Value of Adenosine Deaminase in the Cerebrospinal fluid of Patients with Meningitis

Object To study on the diagnosis value of ADA in the cerebrosoinal fluid of the patients withtuberculous meningitis. Methods 96 CSF samples which came from the patients with tuberculous meningitis,axenic meningitis and the control group . The continuous- monitoring method with HITACH 7170 bio-chemicalautoanalyzer were used to detect the concentration of ADA in the CSF.Results The concentration of ADA inthe CSF of the patients with tuberculous meningitis was significantly higher than the patients with axenicmeningitis and the control group(p<0.01); The concentration of ADA in the CSF has no difference betweenthe patients with axenic meningitis and the control grou(pp>0.05). Conclusion Detecting the concentra-tion of ADA in the CSF is useful to the diagnosis in tuberculous meningitis.
