| 摘 要： | 对免疫酶法(EIA)检测人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行了改进,并对20例正常孕妇分别应用EIA,间接免疫荧光法(IFA)和直接SPA菌花环法的检测结果进行了比较。结果表明,3种方法敏感性相同;但EIA更具有方法简单、经济、染色标本可长期保存又不需要特殊实验仪器等优点。探讨了EIA应用中应注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | An improved enzyme immunoassay (EIA) used in detecting T-lymphocytesubsets of human peripheral blood is reported. 20 normal pregnant women weretested by means of the improved EIA as well as the indirect immunofluorescenceassay (IFA) and direct SPA rosettes. Comparison of the results showed that whileEIA has the same sensitivity as the other two methods, it has the advantage ofbeing simpler and more economical. Besides, the stained specimes can be storedfor a long time. No special equipment is needed in applying the method. Problemsas to the application of EIA are discussed. |
