外周血NK，IL-12，CRP在子痫前期中的测定及意义

目的测定子痫前期孕妇外周血NK、IL-12、CRP水平的变化并探讨其意义。方法选择子痫前期患者42例，正常晚孕组20例，正常未孕育龄妇女20例，测定外周血NK细胞、IL-12及CRP水平并行统计学分析。结果子痫前期组NK细胞平均值及IL-12，CRP水平明显高于正常晚孕组和正常未孕组；各组血中NK细胞值与IL-12水平呈正相关关系，NK与CRP之间相关性不明显。结论NK细胞参与了子痫前期的发病，IL-12通过激活NK细胞，诱发免疫介导性血管内皮炎症、损伤引起子痫前期疾病；CRP水平在子痫前期时显著增加，可能成为临床早期发现子痫前期发病的一个灵敏指标。

NK,IL-12 and CRP levels in pregnancy with pre-eclampsia

Objective To explore the changes of NK,IL-12 and CRP levels in pre-gnancy with pre-eclampsia and its clinical significance.Methods The NK cells,IL-12 and CRP levels were determined in the peripheral blood of 42 pregnant women with preeclampsia,20 normal late pregnant women and 20 normal non-pregnant women.Results Percentages of NK cells and levels of IL-12 and CRP were higher in the pre-eclampsia group than in the late pregnant group and the non-pregnant group.There was a positive correlation between percentage of NK cells and level of IL-12 and no evident correlation between NK cells and CRP.Conclusions NK cells participate in the onset of pre-eclampsia.IL-12 intensifies immunological rejection on the maternal-fetal interface by activating the NK cells and induces immune-mediated damage of blood vessel endothelium and inflammatory reaction,which results in pre-eclampsia.CRP,which is increased in pregnancy with preeclampsia,may be a sensitive biochemical marker for early diagnosing of preeclampsia.
