黄芪总皂甙对在体犬心功能的影响

结扎左冠状动脉前降支中点或最大斜角支根部，造成麻醉犬急性心肌梗塞模型，用ＲＭ一６０００多道记录仪动态监测心功能和心电图，并进行实验性治疗。证实黄芪总皂甙能明显改善心梗大的心肌收缩性能，增加冠脉流量，对心功能有保护作用。

Effects of Astragalus saponins on dog cardiac functions in vivo

Acute myocardial infarction models were reproduced in anesthetized dogs by lig-ating the midportion of the left anterior decending coronary artery or the root portion of its majordiagonal branch. The cardiac function paraneters and the electrocardiogram were monitored withaRM一 6000 type polygraph,amd experimental treatments were given, The results indicated thatAstragalus saponis were able to improve the myocardial contractility significantly, atteruate thecoronary blood flow and thus play a proltective role on the cardiac functions。
