肝圆韧带体表投影研究

研究了成人３０具尸体的肝圆韧带的体表投影（男２６具，女４具）。其体表投影大致位于：以腹白线与脐之交点为顶点，过顶点在腹白线的右侧，作与腹白线成３０．９°夹角的边线上。亦可在距腹白线３．４ｃｍ距右肋弓下缘３．２ｃｍ之二线相交的肝圆韧带切迹的体表投影点与脐的连线上。若行腹壁切开，寻找肝圆韧带腹膜内位段的游离缘，应在剑突与脐连线中点的右侧２．７ｃｍ处附近做切口为佳。

The Projection of Lig Teres Hepatis on the Surface of the Body

n the present paper,the projection of lig teres hepatis on the surface of the body was studied in 30 adult corpses(26 men and 4 women). The projection line of lig teres hepatis was located along the line of 30.9° angle right to the abdominal linea alba and passing through the crossed point of umbilicus and abdominal linea alba,called tip point. It can also be found in the line from umbilicus to the body projection point of notch of lig teres hepatis,which is around the crossed point of line 3.4 cm right to the abdominal linea alba and e.2 cm at the right costal arch in the down boundary. The better way to find the free side of intraperitoneal lig teres hepatis is to incise at location of 2.7 cm right to the middle point of the line from xiphoid process to umbilicus.
