| 摘 要： | 目的探索肘关节"恐怖三联征"术后早期分时康复干预的效果。方法对20例肘关节"恐怖三联征"手术治疗的患者行早期分时康复干预,并进行6个月至5.4年的随访。结果患者骨折愈合,无关节僵硬,肱尺关节骨关节炎等并发症,术后6个月时肘关节伸屈幅度达112°,旋转幅度达138°。HSS评分:优10例,良8例,一般2例。结论手术治疗可恢复肘关节"恐怖三联征"患者的骨性解剖结构,修复关节囊及侧副韧带;术后辅以外固定支架,早期进行分时康复干预,恢复了上肢功能,提高患者生活自理能力,避免了关节僵直等并发症。
