武汉市30～50岁在岗女性生命质量研究

目的 初步分析其生命质量的现状及影响因素，为有效地、合理地分配卫生资源、改善妇女保健状况提供科学依据。方法 采用分层-随机-整群抽样方法，用经过信度、效度评价后的30～50岁在岗女性生命质量调查表。对武汉市30～50岁在岗女性进行现场问卷调查。结果 职业、化程度、婚姻状况对生命质量有显影响，以医疗卫生人员、管理人员、大学、大专、在婚等不同人群的生命质量为优；30—50岁在岗女性慢性病的患病率较高，为48．2％，逐步回归主要的影响因素为：年龄、化程度、求医行为、夫妻关系、月经、流产次数、社会交往等；人群的就医方便程度较满意；对生命质量总分影响因素进行逐步回归分析，主要的影响因素为：月收入、乳房健康、月经、孕次、化程度、家庭居住类蛩、慢性病。结论 30～50岁在岗女性物质生活条件稳步提高，但躯体健康和心理问题日益突出。不同群体生命质量具有不同的特点，在改善卫生保健状况，合理配置医药资源方面要有所侧重，并从社区卫生服务角度提出相应对策。

Study of quality of life on female employees aged 30-50 years in Wuhan city

Objective To provide adequate information for policy decision and intervention,which helps to allocate the health resources effectively and resonably,to improve the quality of health care services,and to promote physical and mental health of females.Methods Based on the assessment of reliability,validity and sensitivity of thee questionnaire,to survey the situaion of the studied population,and idetify the influencing factors of QOL.Results Occupation,education and marital status have significant influence on QOL.Health professionals,management staffs,people obtaining college education and married population are higher in QOL;The female employees aged 30 to 50 have high morbidiy of chronic diseases,reaching to 48.2 percent.The main influencing factors of chronic diseases are age,education,medical care,couples relation,menses,abortion and social intercourse.Most of the interviewees are satisfied with their medical convenience.Step regression analysis shows that the main influencing factors of QOL are incomes,breast diseases,menses,parity,education,family type and chronic diseases.Conclusion Different group divided by certain conditons have different characters.With the living conditions being improved stably,the female employees' physical and psychological health problems are becoming main issues.Countermeasures on community services are suggested.
