| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人工心脏瓣膜替换术后抗凝治疗过程中,监测国际标准化比率(INR)的最适抗凝范围.方法 23例人工心脏瓣膜替换术后的病人,口服华法林抗凝治疗,监测其不同时期的INR及凝血酶原时间(PT)值.结果 上述二者在术后1天、3天、7天、14天、30天、3月及6月不同时点的相关系数(r)分别为0.914、0.895、0.938、0.982、0.917、0.873、0.933,维持PT在20s～24s的INR值为1.7～2.3.结论 人工心脏瓣膜替换术后的病人口服华法林抗凝治疗,建议INR保持在1.7～2.3为宜.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best range of the International Normalized Radio(INR) for anticoagulation treatment after prosthetic heart valve replacement. Methods 23 cases undergoing prosthetic heart valve replacement were taken orally Warfarin for anticoagultion therapy and to observe the parameters of INR and PT at various time. Results The correlation coefficient between the INR and PT on postoperation 1d?3d?7d?14d?30d?3M and 6M were 0.914?0.895?0.938?0.982?0.917?0.873 and 0.933 respectively. When PT ranged from 20sec to 24sce, the value of INR was ranged from 1.7 to 2.3. Conclusion Prosthetic heart valve replacement patients were taken orally warfinin for anticoagulant therapy, recommend the value of INR was ranged from 1.7 to 2.3. |
