| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以腹部创伤为主的多发伤的救治方法。方法回顾性分析我们自1995年~2004年收治的250例以腹部创伤为主的多发伤病人的临床资料。诊断性腹腔穿刺、B型超声、CT是主要的诊断方法。急诊剖腹探查243例,非手术治疗7例。结果手术死亡23例。主要死亡原因为失血性休克、MODS、ARDS等。结论提高院前、院内救治水平及早期行确定性治疗是降低死亡率的主要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of multiple injuries mainly headed by trauma of abdomen.Methods The clinical data of 250 cases of multiple injuries mainly headed by trauma of abdomen from 1995 to 2004 was analyzed.Diagnostic peritoneocentesis,B-ultrasound and CT examination were the chief diagnostic methods.243 patients were subjected to emergency operation and 7 were treated with conservative treatment.Results Twenty-three cases died during operation.The main causes of death included hemorrhagic shock,MODS and ARDS.Conclusion To raise level of emergency cure and urgent treatment and make a confirmed treatment early are main measures to reduce mortality. |
