中药治疗骨质疏松的功效正日益受到重视,但壮骨中药及其成分特别是量微成分的活性评价却难以高效开展.新模型、新方法的建立有益于丰富中药壮骨效应评价的思路与方法.模式生物斑马鱼是一种极好的、热门的药学研究工具,根据其骨骼发育的生理、遗传学特点和优势,将斑马鱼用于中药复杂体系及其成分的壮骨效应评价,具有合理性和可行性.本文概述了中药壮骨效应评价的现状及不足,分析了斑马鱼中药壮骨效应评价模型建立的依据,提出了斑马鱼中药壮骨效应评价模型的建立方法,并对该模型的前景进行展望.

Ideas and Methods for Evaluation on Bone-strengthening Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on Zebrafish Model

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of osteoporosis is becoming more and more important. However, it is difficult to evaluate the effect of bone-strengthening of herbal medicine and its components with high efficiency. The establishment of new models and new methods is significant to enrich the evaluation of bone-strengthening effect of TCM. Zebrafish is an excellent and popular pharmaceutical research tool according to its own physiological, genetic characteristics and advantages. It is reasonable and feasible to use zebrafish in the evaluation of bone-strengthening effect of TCM. This paper outlines the development and shortage of evaluation of bone-strengthening effect in TCM, analyzes the basis for establishing zebrafish evaluation modelof TCM, and proposes method development of the model, and prospects its future outlook.
