摘    要:目的:对不同粒径三七粉的一般物理性质及体外溶出度进行比较研究.方法:对不同粒径的三七粉进行外观性状、流动性、松密度、浸出物、水分、吸湿性以及体外溶出度等方面进行比较研究.结果:超微粉碎后,三七粉的一般物理性质发生一定改变,随着粒径的减小,三七粉体逐渐出现团聚现象,颜色变浅,粉末细腻,颗粒感消失;流动性变差;松密度提高;浸出物含量(冷浸法、热浸法)增加;含水量增加;吸湿性变强.但其体外溶出度与80目细粉相比并无显著性差异.结论:与80目细粉比较,三七超微粉的一般物理性质虽然发生了一定变化,但体外溶出度并无显著性差异.因此三七在散结镇痛胶囊制剂粉碎工艺中,三七仍采用80目细粉并不适宜超微粉碎.

Abstract:This study was aimed to compare the physical properties and dissolution in vitro for Radix Notoginseng of different particle diameters. The comparison was based on pharmacopoeia and literatures, which include apparent characteristics, flowability, extractive, moisture content, hygroscopicity, dissolution in vitro and so on. The results showed that physical properties for Radix Notoginseng were changed after ultrafine grinding. Along with diminution of the particle diameter, the powder appeared aggregation gradually and the color for the powder was shallow, and the grainy was disappeared. There was variation in flowability. The content of extractum and water was increased. The hygroscopicity was strengthened. However, compared with the powder of 80 mesh, the dissolution in vitro of super had no significant difference. It was concluded that compared with the powder of 80 mesh,although the physical properties of Radix Notoginseng for ultrafine were all changed, the dissolution in vitro had no significant difference. In the study on ultrafine grinding of Sanjie Zhentong Capsule, the powder of Radix Notoginseng of 80 mesh is still used.
