| 摘 要： | 本研究结果证明,作者改进的含氯化铝的盐酸、甲酸混合脱钙液脱钙迅速、不引起组织损伤,染色效果优良。提出并讨论了常用脱钙剂、应用方法、脱钙程度判定、脱钙及不同处理对标本体积的影响,制作骨组织切片的经验体会。

| Abstract: | An improved decalcification solution which consists of hydrochloric-Alcl2 and formic acid is presented.This solution decalcify rapidly and does not obviously injure the tissues to be examined.The staining results are satisfactory.Some decalcification reagents and factors influencing decalcification are discussed. |
