| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响糖尿病足预后的有关因素。方法根据预后将104例糖尿病足患者分为截肢组和非截肢组,对二组的一般资料及慢性并发症进行分析。结果二组吸烟率、高血压发生率、年龄、糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白、患肢动脉血流减少量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足的预后与吸烟、高血压、年龄、糖尿病病程、血糖控制情况、患肢动脉血流量有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the factors on prognosis of diabetic foot(DF). Methods 104 DF patients were recruited in the study, who were divided into two groups: amputation group and non-amputation group, and the records of clinical data of the two groups were analyzed. Results The differences of smoke rate, hypertension incidence rate, age, course of diabetes, glycohemoglobin A1,reduction of blood flow in artery of ill foot between two groups were of statistical significance. Conclusion Prognosis of DF is associated with smoking, hypertension, age, course of diabetes, glucose control, blood flow alteration in arteries of ill foot. |
