云南包虫病流行现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的了解云南包虫病的流行和危害程度,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,统一表格对居民个人卫生习惯等情况进行问卷,调查包虫病感染及患病情况,并进行统计分析。结果在云南3县3042名居民中,包虫患病率和感染率分别为32.87/10万和13.52%。汉族、女性、成年人、半农半商职业者的包虫感染率高于同类人群的其它分组。农民感染包虫的风险是非农民职业者的2.921倍。结论调查地区是云南包虫病散发流行区,应加强对农民职业者的抗感染保护。

Abstract:Objective To understand the prevalent status and the degree of hydatid disease in Yunnan province, Methods An epidemiological questionnaire survey was carried by using some tables, detectin of hydatid infection in radomly selected population of Yunnan Province. Then the data were satistifcall analyzed by using Epi Infor2000 saflware. Results Totally 3 042 people were surveyed in three counties/cities The results showed that the incidence rate of hydatid disease was 32.87/100 000. The infection rate of Echinoxoccus was 13.52 % . The infection rates in the populations of Han Nationality, females, adults and semi - farmers/traders were higher than that of other population of the same groups. The risk of Echinoxoccns infection in the farmers was2.921 times higher than those of other populations. Conclusion Hydatidosis is sporadically districbuted in the areas surveyed and it is indicated that measures be taken to protect the health of the farmers.
