中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎48例临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎的疗效。方法肺癌接受放射治疗中或放疗后诊断为放射性肺炎的病人,随机分为两组:西医治疗组、西医治疗加中药治疗组。比较两组病人症状、体征改善缓解的程度及CT、胸片的变化情况,用精确法卡方检验。结果26例中西医结合治疗的放肺病人,显效17例(65.3%),有效6例(23.2%),无效3例(11.5%),显效 有效达88.5%。22例单纯西医治疗的病人,显效6例(27.3%),有效8例(36.3%),无效8例(36.3%),显效 有效为63.6%。两组患者治疗后疗效有明显差异。结论中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎的疗效优于单纯西医治疗放肺的疗效。

Western Medicine Combined Chinese Traditional Medicine for Radiation Pneumonitis

Objective To study the effect of western medicine combined Chinese traditional medicine in treating radiation pneumonitis. Methods 48 cases lung cancer patients who were diagnosed with radiation pneumonitis in the course of radiotherapy or after radiotherapy. All the patients were randomized into western medicine treatment group (called A group) and western medicine combined Chinese traditional medicine treatment group( called B group). Compare the patients with symptom ,X - ray or CT's remission between the two groups. Results 26 patients were received the western medicine combined Chinese traditional medicine treatment, 17 patients were complete remission(CR) , 6 patients were partial remission( PR) , 3 patients were no remission(NR) , the total effective rate is 88.5%. 22 patients were received the western medicine treatment , CR is 6 cases,PR is 8 cases,NR is 8 cases, the total effective rate is 63. 6% . Significant difference existed between the two groups ( x2 = 4. 15 , P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of treatment radiation pneumonitis by western medicine combined Chinese traditional medicine is better than only by western medicine.
