15例开放性骨盆骨折的诊治分析

目的探讨开放性骨盆骨折的救治方法。方法回顾性分析1999～2008年收治的15例开放性骨盆骨折病例资料。结论开放性骨盆骨折为严重的多发性创伤,死亡率高,治疗上应重点处理大出血、脓毒血症、多脏器功能衰竭等造成患者死亡的并发症和合并伤。结果本组15例,治愈11例,死亡4例,病死率为26.7%。其中2例入院后死于失血性休克,l例死于术后感染中毒性休克,1例死于败血症。

Treatment of open pelvic fractures in 15 cases

Objective To investigate the characteristics therapy of open pelvic fractures. Methods Fifteen cases of open pelvic fractures treated in our hospital from 1999 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively,and the injury and treatment feature of these patients were reviewed.Results Of 15 cases,11 cases were cured,4 cases died,in which 2 cases associated with hemorrhage shock after amitted,one got toxic shock postoperative and the other one from sepsis.The mortality ratewas 26.7%.Conclusion It is important to diagnose and treat the complications and associated injuries such as hemorrhage,sepsis and multiple systems organ failure,because open pelvic fracture is severe mutiple trauma with high mortality.
