脑血管疾病患者早期进行肢体及语言锻炼的观察及护理

目的 研究脑血管疾病患者在早期进行肢体及语言训练及护理的方法。方法 将100例发病在3天内的脑血管病人随机分为康复组及对照组,康复组50例在3天后就进行肢体训练的康复护理,主要采用卧床期和离床期康复护理,同时进行语言训练,对照组按常规治疗,执行一般常规护理。结果 康复组病人肌力恢复比对照组病人快,且肌肉萎缩、关节僵硬、足内翻等并发症比对照组低,两组比较,P<0.005,且语言表达能力也比对照组大大增强。结论 脑血管病人早期进行肢体功能及语言功能的锻炼是功能恢复的重要环节,在临床对减少后遗症的发生和提高病人的生存质量有重要的意义。

Observation and nursing of patients with cerebral vascular disease underwent limbs and language training in the early stages

Objective To research the observation and nursing in the patients with cerebral vascular disease who undenwent limbs and language training in the early stages. Methods 100 patients who have cerebral vascular disease within 3 days is randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. 50 patients of rehabilitation group underwent rehabilitation nursing of limbs training three day later. These method include rehabilitation nursing of on bed and off bed. The control group receive conventional therapy, at the same time, they receive general nursing and conventional nursing. Results The patients muscule force recovery of rehabilitation group is faster than that of the control group, while the occurance rate of muscular atrophy, joint stiffing foot varns is lower than that of the control group. The recovery effect is better than that of the contort group. (P<0. 005). The language expressing ability is better than that of the control group. Conclusion It is a important link of the function recovery for the patients with the cerebral vascular disease to undergo limbs and language training. It is significant to reduce the occurance of -sequelae and increase the patients' clinical living ability.
