| 摘 要： | 总结了作者在行ＰＴＲＡ中遇上的肾动脉狭窄伴肾萎缩，肾动脉闭塞，肾动脉狭窄伴动脉瘤形成，球囊破裂及肾内动脉分枝损伤等情况的处理，并结合文献加以分析。对ＰＴＲＡ的适应症与禁忌症提出了一些新的看法，就如何防止并发症进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The treatment for the renal artery stenosis with renal atrophy,the occlusion of renal artery,the renal artery stenosis with aneurysm,the balloon rupture and the injures of renal artery branches in authors' operations of PTRA were summed up and analyzed with literatures.The authors gave some new opinions for indications and contraindications of PTRA.The method of the prevention and the treatment of the complications was discussed. |
