| 摘 要： | 目的探讨灯盏花素治疗脑梗死的临床疗效．方法将60例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组．在常规对症治疗基础上，治疗组患者给予静脉滴注灯盏花素注射液20mL，对照组患者给予丹参注射液20mL，均为1次／d，14d为一个疗程．结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．结论灯盏花素注射液对脑梗死有较好的疗效，值得在临床推广应用．
