人性化护理在自然分娩产妇中的应用

[目的]探讨人性化护理对孕妇及新生儿的影响。[方法]将2002年在我院住院分娩的1803例产妇作为观察组,将人性化护理贯穿分娩全程;2001年1368例产妇作为对照组,给予常规护理。观察两组剖宫产率、产后大出血率及新生儿窒息率。[结果]观察组产妇剖宫产率、产后大出血率、新生儿窒息率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]人性化护理能促进自然分娩,提高产科质量。

Application of humanistic nursing care for parturient undergoing spontaneous delivery

Objective: To probe into the influence of humanistic nursing care on both parturient and newborn infants. Method: A total of 1803 parturient had childbirth in our hospital in the year of 2002 were selected as test group, and humanistic nursing had provided during the whole course of childbirth. Another 1368 parturient underwent baby delivery in the year of 2001 in the hospital were as control group, and they were got nursing care as routinely. Indexes including cesarean section rate, incidence of postpartum massive hemorrhage, and neonatal asphyxia rate of the two groups were observed. Result: All three indexes cesarean section rate, incidence of postpartum massive hemorrhage, and neonatal asphyxia rate in test group parturient were lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Humanistic nursing care could both promote spontaneous delivery and enhance quality of obstetrics.
