情景模拟考核方式在临床实习出科考核中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨情景模拟教学在护理临床实习出科考核中的应用效果:方法对54名护理大专实习生在外科实习结束出科考核中采用情景模拟形式进行考核、考核结束后以问卷调查方式了解护生对考核效果的评价。结果90.74%的护生认为情景模拟出科考核方式可激发学习兴趣,81.48%的护生认为可促进理论知识的理解运用,94.44%的护生认为可使技术操作技能提高,88.89%的护生认为提高了懈决临床问题能力,并有效提高护生人际沟通能力(83.33%)、人文关怀理念(77.78%)和团队合作精神(85.19%)。结论情景模拟出科考核可提高护生临床实践综合能力,有利于高素质护理人才的培养;

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of application of scenario simulation in the examination of clinical practice. Methods The scenario simulation was applied in the examination of clinical practice on 54 associate degree nursing students in surgical department. A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students' appraisal to the means of examination. Results 90.74% of the students thought that the means of scenario simulation could motivate their learning enthusiasm;81.48% and 94.44% thought that this means could promote the understanding and application of knowledge and skills,respectively; 88.89% ,83.33% ,77.78% and 85.19% reported that this means improved their problem - solving ability, communication skills, humanity concept and team spirit respectively. Conclusions The means of scenario simulation in the examination of clinical practice can improve nursing students ' clinical practice competency,and is helpful for the training of high quality nursing talents.
