| 摘 要： | 目的:检测人类肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中转移相关基因1(MTA1)表达的水平,研究该基因是否与肝癌肝切除术后患者的生存率及肿瘤复发相关,是否可以作为判断预后的指标?方法:利用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time PCR)和免疫组织化学(IHC)的方法以人正常肝组织为对照,分别检测肝癌切除术后所得的肿瘤组织及相应的癌旁组织中MTA1的表达水平,通过Kaplan-Meier曲线研究不同MTA1表达水平与HCC患者生存率及复发率之间的关系?结果:MTA1在肝癌组织及癌旁肝硬化组织中的转录表达明显高于正常组织(P < 0.01),同时,MTA1蛋白在肝癌组织及癌旁肝硬化组织中的表达也明显高于正常组织(P < 0.01)?通过Kaplan-Meier曲线及Log-rank检验证明MTA1能够影响肿瘤的复发及患者的生存期?结论:MTA1可以作为判断肝癌肝切除术后肿瘤复发及患者生存率预测的指标?
