米索前列醇用于人工流产前促进宫颈成熟疗效观察

探讨米索前列醇用于人工流产前促进宫颈成熟的临床疗效。方法：248例人工流产手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各124例，观察组术前给予米索列醇研磨成粉放置于阴道后穹窿部治疗，对照组不使用任何促使宫颈成熟的药物。观察两组患者的宫颈扩张情况、疼痛程度、手术时间和术中出血量。结果：观察组有效率为96．8％，明显高于对照组的82．3％（P〈0．05）；观察组疼痛程度较对照组改善明显（P〈0．05），手术时间明显短于对照组，术中出血量也明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：米索前列醇研磨成粉用于人工流产术前，可以有效松弛宫颈，缩短手术时间，减轻患者痛苦，降低手术难度，值得临床推广。

The clinical effect of Misoprostol promoting cervical mature for before abortion

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Misoprostot promoting cervical mature for before abortion . Method ： 8 patients of induced abortion operation were enrolled in our hospital from January.2013 to January 2012 , and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 124 cases, the observation group was given misoprostol which placed in cvaginal fornix preoperative , and control group without prompting cervical ripening drug. Observation of cervical dilatation, degree of pain, operation time and bleeding volume in two groups of patients. Result： The ＇efficiency rate of observation group was 96.8%, significantly higher than 82.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there were 100 cases of painless in the observation group , and 51 cases in control group, the degree of pain in the observation group were obviously improved than the control group , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;, operation time of treatment group was shorter than the control group, the amount of bleeding surgery was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Misoprostol is given before induced abortion , can relax Cervical effectively, shorten operation time, reduce the patients＂ pain, reduce the difficulty of operation, increase the safety of operation , is worth the clinical promotion.
