Study on the status of nosocomial infection in our hospital

Objective To investigate the status of nosocoufial infection in our hospital, so as to provide basis for taking targeted measures to reduce the in cidenee of nosoeomial intection. Methods The cases with nosocomial infection frum September 2009 to August 2010 in our hospital were retruspectively ana lyzed. Results Among 15 859 discharged cases,646 cases got nosocumial infection. The infective rate was 4.07%. The patients in the department of hematolo- gy,lCU and oncology were the high risk groups. The respiratory_ tract,skin and soft tissue,urinary tract and gastrointestinal tract were the most usually infected paris. Conclusion To contrul rtosocomial infection,it is imporlanl to strengthen nursing intervention to reduce the infection of respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract in related departments,standardize the usage of antibiotics and avoid unnecessary invasive operation.
