摘    要:目的:将人神经干细胞与不同损伤时期人挫裂伤脑组织(3 d、2月、6月)匀浆上清液体外培养,研究不同时期挫裂伤脑组织对神经干细胞分化的影响,探讨神经干细胞移植的最佳时机。方法:从12周流产胎儿脑组织提取神经干细胞,传代培养。加入不同时期脑挫伤组织匀浆上清液共培养,观察神经干细胞分化情况。结果:胎儿脑组织提取的神经干细胞具有分化增殖能力,与挫伤脑组织共培养后可分化成神经元和神经胶质细胞,越早期的挫伤脑组织诱导神经干细胞分化成神经元细胞的比例越高。结论:脑挫裂伤后早期组织可以诱导神经干细胞分化成更多的神经元,脑挫裂伤后早期行神经干细胞移植可能有助于提高疗效。

The Effection of the Lacerated Brain Tissues in Different Periods on the Differentiation of Neural Stem Cells in Vitro

Abstract:Objective:To study the effection of the lacerated brain tissues in different periods on the differentiation of neural stem cells(NSCs) in vitro.Methods:The NSCs derived from the fetal brain were added lacerated brain tissue homogenate in different periods(three days,two mouths and six mouths after injured) into the culture medium and were counted the amount of the differentiated cells a week later.Results:The NSCs derived from the fetal brain has the ability of differentiation and proliferation.The early period(three days after injured) brain tissue homogenate can induce more NSCs into neuron.Conclusions:The laceration brain tissue in early period can induced more NSCs into neuron.
