16层冠状动脉CT成像诊断冠心病的临床研究

摘    要:目的:评估16层冠脉CT成像诊断冠心病价值及意义。方法:收集于2008-07~2010-06本院行16层螺旋冠脉CT成像成功150例患者资料,完成冠脉CT成像后经患者同意行选择性冠脉造影,评价冠脉CT成像与冠脉造影一致性,通过冠脉造影评价冠脉CT成像诊断冠心病敏感性与特异性。结果:①本研究16层冠脉CT成像诊断冠心病敏感性98.77%,特异性86.96%;②80位冠脉CT成像阳性且经冠脉造影确冠心病诊断,冠脉CT成像病变部位与冠脉造影一致;③冠脉CT成像阴性及阳性患者冠心病危险因素不同。结论:①16层冠脉CT成像能初步了解冠脉病变部位及严重程度;②16层冠脉CT成像结合患者症状、冠心病危险因素可进一步明确是否存在冠心病。

Clinical Study of Coronary Heart Disease Diagnosis by 16 -slice Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value and and significance of 16-row coronary CTA in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:To collect 150 cases data who were examined by 16-slice computed tomography angiography(CTA) in 3201 hospital from July 1,2008 to June 30,2010.After coronary CTA,with the patients' assent,coronary angiographies were finished.To Evaluate the consistency of the coronary CTA and the coronary angiography.To Evaluate the sensibility and the specificity of coronary heart disease diagnosis by coronary CTA.Results:①The sensibility of 16-slice coronary CTA was 98.77% and the specificity of 16-row coronary CTA was 86.96% in diagnosis of coronary heart disease;②80 cases who suffered from Coronary Heart Disease were proved the Consistency of diseased region in coronary CTA and coronary angiography;③The coronary risk factor;are different in oronary CTA and coronary angiography.Conclusions:①16-slice coronary CTA can get the message of diseased region and degree initially;②Coronary heart disease can be Diagnosised by 16-slice coronary CTA after combination of symptomes and Risk factors.
